Refund policy

At Vigor Motion, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here is how we can help:

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, customized products, and personal hygiene goods cannot be returned.

• How to Start a Return: Send an email to [mathias.spelli08@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll review your request and send you the instructions on where to ship your package. Please don't send items back without reaching out first!

• Shipping Costs: If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered and will handle the shipping costs. If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
